A graduate of the Law School of the University of Chicago, Ms. Weinstein has been engaged in this practice for over twenty-five years. She advises prominent corporations, high tech and small business, renowned universities, organizations, and governments. She counsels and structures on behalf of chief executives, and those ranking in public and private entities. Ms. Weinstein is an active participant in the national security, high tech, energy, environmental, and other sectors, think tanks and circles. She identifies, tracks, and presents legislative and policy agendas, and has accessed multi-millions of dollars of funding for paradigm-shifting and more routine projects and assets from the U.S. Congressional and federal agency processes and, at times, from foreign counterparts. Ms. Weinstein and clients have been active before the U.S. legislative and executive branches, and certain international bodies, including with clients testifying before Congress, and who have served in prominent activities, including at the White House, the executive agencies, and others. Activities have involved the procurement of aircraft, and other assets and technologies to the U.S. government and foreign equivalents. Ms. Weinstein serves as vice chair of the ABA National Security Committee, advisor to the Capitol chapter of the national security, cyber organization, the Old Crows, as a longtime former board member of the MIT Enterprise Forum, and engaged in numerous other initiatives, organizations, and boards.
