Government Relations and Government-Sourced Funding
There is deep understanding of government processes. Working at the highest levels (member of Congress, executive branch, secretary, minister, ambassador), great success has been achieved in the world of Washington and international representative services. Ms. Weinstein has been highly successful leading paradigm-shifting agendas, as well as more routine ones. Issues have been tracked, presented, resolved, agendas advanced, and multimillions of dollars awarded to clients and issues championed from the U.S. Congressional and executive agency processes, multilateral and bilateral counterparts. There is a strong focus on working with companies for funding for export financing and projects from U.S, multilateral, bilateral, donor and philanthropic sources, such as from the Export-Import Bank of the United States, the World Bank, and the other multilateral development banks, the European Commission, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, UN FAO, International Finance Corporation, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), now the IDFC, and bilateral export credit agencies, such as DFID (UK), Hermes (Germany), BNDES (Brazil), Japanese, Scandinavian government and donor sources. Targeted ways of thinking are informed such that decision-makers formulate new approaches to move agendas forward.
